Winfred has compelling expertise in identification and effective use of competitive market information. He also worked with reputable research organizations in different capacities. He serves as a member of the South African Cochrane Systematic Review board and a Director of Business Development for Creative Glow ICT Ltd.

Currently, he authors “The Bottom Line”; a weekly publication in the Business and Financial Times (BFT). The thought provoking articles are aimed at educating and informing readers about how to consistently offer superior services through market information and human capital development concepts

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences, (KNUST-Kumasi), and a Professional Diploma in Business and Information Technology from NIIT. He also has extensive training and certifications in Research Methods from SCART (Nairobi, Kenya), RHRU (University of Wits Johannesburg, South Africa), ECRU (Fort Hare University Port Elizabeth. South Africa), (University of Yaoundé I, Cameroun), GLP , (U.S NMRCMP , NHRC-Navrongo).

Dynamic and multifaceted professional in Marketing, Business Development and Public Relations. He currently serves as Public Relations Manager for the SSNIT Informal Sector Fund. He is primarily responsible for Developing Communications Policy and Building a strong corporate Image for the Fund. Prior to his current engagement, Joe worked as a Business Development Manager for The Steadman Group now Synovate. A Client Service Manager for Medialynx Limited, (A Marketing Communications firm) and a Production Manager for Gold-Type Ltd, (A Printing and Publishing firm)

Joe is a trained Journalist and currently holds a Bachelor of Marketing degree. He is currently pursuing an MBA (Marketing option) at GIMPA Business School. He’s a Chartered Marketer (CIM-UK) and also holds a Professional Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing (CIM-UK). He is an Accredited Member of the Institute of Public Relations, Ghana and an Alumnus of Prempeh College and Winneba Secondary School.
